Do I need to be home during service?
Nope. As long as we can get to the pool and equipment, we'll take care of everything and let you know when we're done.
Are chemicals included?
Typically, yes — standard water-balancing chemicals (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) are part of your monthly price. If your pool needs significant corrective work to get it back on track, we quote that separately before we do it. Nothing shows up on your bill as a surprise.
Do you offer bi-weekly or one-time service?
We keep it simple: one weekly service, billed monthly. It’s what keeps a Florida pool genuinely clean through the heat, sun, and storms — and one straightforward price means no surprises. Most of our customers started by asking for bi-weekly and never looked back.
Can you fix a green pool?
